Second Session of the Board of Inquiry to determine the facts and circumstances that led to the mass murders in the "Vladislav Ribnikar" Elementary School and on the territory of Smederevo and Mladenovac - in Malo Orasje and Dubona, to determine the omissions in the exercise of competence and take appropriate actions, to determine the responsibility of the authorities persons and propose measures
The Board of Inquiry to determine the facts and circumstances that led to the mass murders in the "Vladislav Ribnikar" Elementary School and on the territory of Smederevo and Mladenovac - in Malo Orasje and Dubona, to determine the omissions in the exercise of competence and take appropriate actions, to determine the responsibility of the authorities persons and propose measures held its Second session on 20 July 2023.
For the session, the members of the Board of Inquiry adopted the following agenda, by majority vote:
- Proposal of the Board of Inquiry Rules and Regulations and
- Any other business.
The Board of will conduct a debate on the items on the agenda in the continuation of the session.
The session was chaired by the Chair of the Board of Inquiry Marinika Tepic and attended by the following members and deputy members of the Board of Inquiry: Aleksandar Markovic, MA Igor Becic, Natasa Jovanovic, Biljana Pantic Pilja, Veroljub Arsic, Prof. Dr Andreja Savic, Ugljesa Grgur, Pavle Grbovic, Ljubinko Djurkovic, Zoran Stojanovic, Borislav Novakovic, Dragana Rakic, Marija Jevdjic, MA Djordje Kosanic, Nebojsa Zelenovic, Nikola Dragicevic, Jasmina Karanac, Dragan M. Markovic, Radmila Vasic, Robert Kozma, Zsombor Ujvari, Milija Miletic, Aleksandar Olenik and Dejan Bulatovic. The session was also attended by MP Prof. Dr Vladimir Obradovic.
